Rockingham County, Virginia, located in the middle of the Shenandoah Valley, is one of the older settled area for the German settlers that came into the state from Pennsylvania. Rader's Church has been used by the Lutheran and the German Reformed Church through the years with services in German until the mid-1830s. In this volume, we have listed the family groups primarily with the baptisms of the children, some death records and generally the husband and wife are named together. It is arranged alphabetical by surname of the family and then a full name index is included.
